How many e-cigarette products have passed the PMTA application of FDA?

As of July 18, 2023, the FDA has granted approval for PMTA applications for only 23 e-cigarette products. These products are exclusively associated with three renowned brands: Muse, Logic, and NJOY. Notably, Muse holds the distinction of being the first brand to successfully pass the FDA’s PMTA application process.

Here are the brand and corresponding product model:

  • Vuse Solo
  • Vuse Vibe
  • Vuse Ciro

• Logic, LLC
  •  Logic Vapeleaf
  • Logic Pro
  • Logic Power

• NJOY LLC 
  • NJOY Ace
  • NJOY Daily

Before the PMTA deadline, these brands represent only a minor portion of the e-cigarettes available in the US market. The FDA has rejected marketing orders for more than a million flavored ENDS products, and there is a possibility of further denials of e-cigarette brands in the future.
